      Description

I've installed UGENE on macOS, the *.app file name had space characters ("Unipro UGENE VIRO"). When I tried to build CLARK database, the workflow result was "successful", but the database was not created. The error log on the dashboard had an error:

/Volumes/External/Unipro UGENE VIRO.app/Contents/MacOS/tools/clark-1.2.4/builddb.sh: line 64: /Volumes/External/Unipro: No such file or directory

Fix the issue. Check other scenarios. So, at least the following scenarios should be covered:

      1. Space character in the UGENE installation path.
      2. Space character in the UGENE installation path in the application name (if it matters for macOS).
      3. Space character in an input file path.
      4. Space character in an output database file.
      5. Space character in the temporary folder (if it is used).
