Add "Output file" parameter to FastQC element, remove "Output folder"

In the "FastQC Quality Control" workflow element hide parameter "Output folder" (do not completely remove it for backward compatibility).

Add parameter "Output file". It should be similar to other "Output file" parameters (see, for example, "Classify Sequences with Kraken" element):

• The default value should be "Auto". The result file name should be generated based on the input file name. It should be rolled, if required.
• The parameter should be marked as mandatory.
• Move the parameter to the bottom.
