      Description

      1. Make sure "Bio" module is present under "python" item in the UGENE Application Settings and correctly validated.
      2. Update MetaPhlAn2 tests ("Metagenomics > MetaPhlAn > External tool"): it is required to update first six tests and add a new (7th) test.
