Workflow execution report doesn't display information about multiple output files (copies of one file)

To reproduce the issue:
1. Create a new schema in the Workflow Designer: "Read alignment" > "Write alignment".
2. Input two or more files in the "Input files" parameter of the "Read alignment" element.
3. Input a name of an output data files in the "Output file" parameter of the "Write alignment" element (for example, "test.aln").
4. Run the schema.
=> The schema ran successfully.
5. Open the task report.
!=> The task report contains a link to one result output file only.
6. Search for the files on the file system.
=>There is an output file for each input file. The names of the result files are "test.aln", "test_oldcopy1.aln", etc.
