Crash when open not a multiple alignment file in Build Matrix dialog

Open the Build Matrix Dialog from the Tools menu.
As an input file choose not a multiple alignment file but a tree file (.nwk format) and you will get the crash.
Provide user with a message if the file has unsupported format.
