CMDLine worker crash

1) Create some custom cmdline worker with some name ("test", for example).
2) Right click at this worker on the palette -> Edit.
3) Set a new name for the worker ("test1", for example).
4) Next -> Next -> Next -> Finish.
5) "Remove this element?" -> Cancel.

There are two custom workers on the palette now (test and test1).

6) Click at the test worker on the palette
=> UGENE crashes.
