Records about empty sequences in the dbi

When, for example, a GenBank document is loaded with annotations objects only, the record is written to the "Sequence" table of the dbi. The record is not deleted even the document is deleted.

As the result, when a user runs automated test for doc formats, the "session_0" file is full of obsolete records.
