      Description

      Aligning mRNA, EST or cDNA sequence to genomic sequence is a common task in annotating genomes. However, general type aligner requires a number of modifications and tuning in order to effectevly align mRna.
      A popular tool for mRna to Genomic sequence aligner Spidey (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/spidey/index.html) is a good candidate for integration.

      Also this feature is required by UGENE-856.
