"Navigation" tab on the Options Panel in the Assembly Browser

1. Create a new tab "Navigation" in the Options Panel.
2. Create the "Navigate To" subgroup with a text edit and the "Go!" button.
3. Move "Most Covered Regions" to the new tab.

Also, make this tab the first one (i.e. the upper). And the "Statistics" tab should be the last one.
