Set an appropriate tab order in the AnnotatedDNAView

      Description

      Currently, the tab order is very weird: when a TAB key is pressed, the focus is changed unexpectedly (e.g. a button at the left side of the toolbar can go after a button at the right side, etc.). It should be thought over how the tab order should be managed. It should also be corrected for the Options Panel widgets, when they are opened.
