Choose one of the required parameters in the Property Editor in the WD

Sometimes it may be required to input one of the parameters for an element, but not both at the same time. For example for the TopHat element either "Bowtie index directory" and "Bowtie index basename" must be specified, or "Reference sequence" parameter.

For now, it is only possible to make ALL these parameters required/not required.
