Strange behavior in a degenerate state of msa

      Description

      Open the attached file. Delete the third row (with the only character). The msa becomes degenerate - absolutely empty. Try to delete other sequences, sometimes the second column with gaps appears, UGENE can crash. The expected appearance is some sequences in the NameList area and nothing in the Sequence area.
