Fix slow scrolling in MSA when long region is selected

      Description

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln"

      2. Use menu

      {Add->Sequence from file}

      3. Choose file with any sequence that is longer than 10000(for example humanT1.fa)
      Expected state: the sequence was added to the alignment

      4. Select long region(~5000) in the sequence
      Expected state: scrolling works like without selection
      Current state: scrolling in MSA works slow
