      Description

When I load patterns from a file (e.g. patterns.txt) in the "Search in Sequence" tab, the FASTA format is parsed OK.

But when I input the same data in the search field:

      > pattern1
      TGGCAAGCTAGC

      > pattern2
      TTTGCAAGGCATG

(there is a space near the '>')

then the pattern names are not applied when I use the "Use pattern name" check box.

The same happens when I use data like this:

      >gi|92133205|dbj|BD295338.1| A method for providing and controling the rice fertility, and discerning the presence of the rice restorer gene by using the rice restorer gene to the rice BT type cytoplasmic male sterility
      TGGGGATTCT...

Therefore, the format parsing in the search field is not the same as when I open a FASTA file. This must be fixed.
