Make the "Get Sequences by Annotations" split joined annotations to different sequences

Currently the "Get Sequences by Annotations" worker merges parts of a sequence in case of joined annotations. It is required to add a new mode to it - produce a separate sequence for each part of a joined annotations. The appropriate boolean parameter is to be added to the worker.
