Export alignment to the clipboard in selected format

When users hit ctrl+c of an alignment it should be saved in the clipboard in standard msa formats (clustal, stocholm, nexus, etc.). So that users can paste it somewhere right away.

Two things to concider:
-users still can paste subalignment back to MSA view
-the alignment format for clipboard is selected on the Options Panel (General settings bar)
