      Description

      Consider the following scenario:
      1. Set UGENE settings to default (remove the ini-file).
      2. Open murine.gb.
      3. Open the dialog to search for ORFs and and confirm the search.
Result: the ORF regions have been found for murine.
The annotations are stored in the "Auto-annotations" folder in the Annotations Editor.
The auto-annotation function for ORFs is checked in the Sequence View. In the main toolbar menu for auto-annotations the corresponding menu item is "Hide ORFs".

      4. Open sars.gb
Result: the value in the main menu is "Show ORFs"! ORF auto-annotations are not found for sars.gb!

      5. Select "Show ORFs" in the menu on the main toolbar.
Result: the result ORFs were found only for the beginning of the sars.gb file!! This happened because sars.gb is longer than murine.gb. Only the length of the murine.gb is taken into account during the search!!

      6. Open human_T1.fa.
Result: the value in the main menu is "Show ORFs" again!!

The feature of ORFs auto-annotation must be clarified, fixed as decided and documented well.
