Auto-relation between sequence and corresponding annotations

      Description

      Annotations in some formats(BED, GFF, GTF) contain an name of the sequence they are referring to.

      This sequence names should be taken into an account on relation setting:
      annotation should automatically be related to the stated sequence (if sequence with corresponding name is in the project).
