Cannot export from database and observe data at the same time

      Description

      1. Open public shared data base
      2. Export sequence /genomes/Human (hg19)/chr2
        Expected state: export task starts
      3. Try to open any other file - e.g. chr4 (basically it is opened in a few seconds)
        Current state: UGENE hangs (export task blocks opening)
        Expected state: chr4 is opened in the sequence view, export task is still running
