Turn off the pattern search task launching for the "Regexp" algorithm

The pattern search task autolaunch should be disabled for "regexp" algorithm because regexp patterns are not so simple as for other algorithms and frequently launched useless tasks are very annoying.
A new button to start the search task should be added right below navigation buttons, it style should be like "create annotations" button's style.
