Scale bar when a phylogram width is changed

1. Open a phylogenetic tree
2. Switch to the "Phylogram" tree view
3. Modify the branches width on the Options Panel

Expected result: scale bar shown at the bottom of the tree view has also been modified.
Current result: the value in the scale bar is the same.
