Add support of median networks in phylogenetic tree viewer

There is a request from our vk public page (http://vk.com/wall-74359225_186) regarding the support of phylogenetic median networks in tree viewer. Similar functionality already exists in the Network software freely available here: http://www.fluxus-engineering.com/sharenet.htm. The attached file can be used as an input data for this application.
