      Description

      I tested UGENE-4218 and encountered a problem.

      The workflow with input file "test/_common_data/bed/valid_input/Treatment_tags.bed" and output file "res.bed" of BED format runs more than an hour. See the screenshot.

      Also, the progress of the workflow execution is incorrect. It was "100%" when the annotations were read. Now it is "49%" for more than an hour.
