Move sequence view data processing to separate thread

Currently, the UGENE window hangs if a file with the large number of annotations is opened. For example, the window hangs for about 3 mins before displaying 700k repeats. The reason is that some components of the Sequence view calculate coordinates for rendering annotations in the main application thread. It's needed to identify such procedures and move them to separate tasks run in separate threads.
