Blocks and letters per line in Sequence View

      Description

      There should be a way to set the number of letters per line if the multi-line sequence mode is on.
      Also, it would be nice to separate sequence into blocks to make observing easier.

      These parameters (line edits) should be located on a new popup widget (see UGENE-4739).
