Add element in WD from the context menu

      Description

      1. Open WD
      2. Right click on the empty scene
        Current state: context menu appears
      3. Go to Add Element and select one from the list
        Current state: element description appears in the Property Editor; if Elements tab is opened, element is selected in the list. To add chosen element to the scene you should click on a scene.
        Expected state: element is added immediately in the place where the context menu was launched.
