WD: Aligner -> SAMtools link don't use datasets

Create a workflow: Read Paired Reads (2 workers) -> BWA MEM -> SAMtools.

Datasets information is not passed by BWA MEM, so SAMtools can't divide input assemblies by datasets and produce different VCF files for them.
