      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/ty3.aln.gz".
      2. Mark the fourth sequence as reference.
      3. Scroll the msa down for two rows.
        Current state: the second visible sequence is highlighted as reference, but the forth '[' in the offset column is highlighted.
