      Description

      Issue detected by GUITest_common_scenarios_shared_database_export_test_0005

      1. File->Connect to Ugene shared database: "ugene_gui_test"
      2. Select and expand "export_tests" folder
      3. Select "et0005_variations"
      4. Select "Export/Import"->"Export object..." from context menu
      Expected state: Object is exported
      Actual state: Object is not exported: Cannot start a transaction at src\ExportProjectViewItems.cpp:636
