Sanger read can pass the quality trimmer if quality threshold is set to 300

Map Sanger reads to a reference. Set the "quality threshold" parameter value to 300.
Expected state: the read has to be filtered out, because quality cannot be greater than 73 for Sanger reads (Phred+33).
Current state: the read is not trimmed at all.
