On the "External Tools" page in the Application Settings add a new tool "WEVOTE".
Add this tool to the Linux and Mac OS X external tools packages.
The tool description should be the following:
WEVOTE (WEighted VOting Taxonomic idEntification) is a metagenome shortgun sequencing DNA reads classifier based on an ensemble of other classification methods. In UGENE one can use the following methods: Kraken, CLARK, DIAMOND.
