"Failed to register DATA" errors in the log

When some data were not downloaded during installation, the error is present in the log. It is not essential in most cases. The only exception is the taxonomy data.

If NgsReadsClassificationPlugin has been loaded, but there is no taxonomy data shown the following error:

[ERROR] Failed to find the NCBI taxonomy classification data.

Skip logging absence/presence of the other databases for now.
