Crash when running a workflow with two identical elements with external tool

Scenario:

1. Open the Workflow Designer.
2. Click the "Create element with external tool" button.
3. Select any external tool.
4. Follow the wizard until the command page.
5. Set command to:

   %UGENE_JAVA% -version
   

6. Complete the wizard.
7. Select the custom element in the WD palette and drag it to the scene.
   Expected result: there are two identical elements are present on the scene.
8. Run the workflow.
   Current state: UGENE crashes.
