      Description

SWISS-PROT format has been recently updated - features are described in another way. Previously they were described as follows:

      FT SIGNAL 1 33 {ECO:0000256|SAM:SignalP}.
      FT CHAIN 34 138 {ECO:0000256|SAM:SignalP}.
      FT /FTId=PRO_5002627671.
      FT DOMAIN 36 94 IlGF. {ECO:0000259|SMART:SM00078}.
      FT REGION 110 138 Disordered. {ECO:0000256|SAM:MobiDB-
      FT lite}.
      FT COMPBIAS 124 138 Polar. {ECO:0000256|SAM:MobiDB-lite}.

Since 19 December 2019 they are described as follows:

      FT SIGNAL 1..33
      FT /evidence="ECO:0000256|SAM:SignalP"
      FT CHAIN 34..138
      FT /evidence="ECO:0000256|SAM:SignalP"
      FT /id="PRO_5002627671"
      FT DOMAIN 36..94
      FT /note="IlGF"
      FT /evidence="ECO:0000259|SMART:SM00078"
      FT REGION 110..138
      FT /note="Disordered"
      FT /evidence="ECO:0000256|SAM:MobiDB-lite"
      FT COMPBIAS 124..138
      FT /note="Polar"
      FT /evidence="ECO:0000256|SAM:MobiDB-lite"

In UGENE sample data files of previous format are currently stored. That are files: "DOVTW9.txt", "P01375.txt", "P16152.txt".

Download files with the same IDs from the SWISS-PROT database. The downloaded files should be of the new format. Put them to the "/data/sample/Swiss-Prot" folder instead of the old files.
