The feature should be added as a new option when exporting annotation data to CSV and supported when:
- Exporting annotations in the Project View
- Using "Write Annotations" workflow element
Besides the GenBank format, it should be supported for other formats as well (PDB, SWISS-PROT, Ensembl, etc.) that have the data identifier.
