"Warning" log level

      Description

      Currently for warning notifications, error messages are written to the log (see e.g. the first two scenarios in UGENE-6628). It is not clear enough.

      It's better to introduce a new log messages type - "Warning" and use it for warning notifications. However, refactoring of graphical interface of the "Logging" tab in the "Application Settings" dialog should be done also.
