Click on the first sequence, right-click on the last causes an error

      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Open "COI.aln".
      2. Click "Align > Align with MUSCLE..." and click "Align".
      3. Click on any sequence during the aligning process.
        Expected result: the sequence is selected, no errors in the log.
        Actual result: the sequence is selected, there is an error in the log: 
        [ERROR][17:07] Can't create a common user modifications step, previous one is not complete!

      This might be the same problem as in UGENE-6751.
