Two SV and adding an annotation object to sequence

Scenario:

1. Open a sequence n the SV.
2. Open the same sequence in another SV windows (right-click in the Project View, select "Open view > open new view: Sequence View" in the context menu).
3. Drag an annotations object to one of the SV window.
   Expected result: the annotations appeared in the SV window.
4. Select the other SV window.
   Expected result: the annotations appeared in the other SV window as well.
   Actual result: the annotation didn't appear in the second SV window.
