      Description

      Scenario:

      1. Click "Sanger data analysis -> Map reads to reference...".
      2. Set "common_data/sanger/reference.gb" as reference and all "_common_data/sanger/sanger*.abi"as reads.
      3. Add "_common_data/bam/1.bam" as a read and click "Map"
Expected result: "sanger_*.abi" were aligned, "1.bam" was skipped. The following message appeared in the log on the "Error" level:
The file "full/path/to/1.bam" isn't supported for the "Map Sanger reads to reference" analysis.

Actual result: The aligning process finishes with error.

      4. When the execution finishes, click on the notification report.
Expected result: Check the attached report.
Actual result: The report doesn't mention the skipped file.

Check, that the all formats, which aren't able to be mapped as reads are filtered correctly and do not interrupt the "Sanger alignment" execution.
