Paired-reads improvements

1. Visualize frames for both reads in pair when a read is hovered by mouse.

2. When the paired reads visualization mode is active, highlight the 1st read in pair in one color and the 2nd read in another color (depending on the strand).

3. Add an item

to the Reads Area context menu. The item should be available only for paired reads. When the item is clicked the pair of the read should be placed at the center of the screen.
