Loss of annotation when closing UGENE

      Description

      Scenario

      1. Create a folder "read_only_dir"
      2. Open UGENE
      3. Create new project
      4. Open the samples\FASTA\human_T1.fa
      5. Click "New annotation"
      6. In the Location section, in the "Simple format" set any valid region, for example 1..1
      7. In the "Save annotation(s) to" section, in the "New document" field enter
        read_only_dir\annot.gb
      8. Click Create
      9. Close UGENE
        The "Question? Save document: <path to the folder>\annot.gb" dialog appears
        There are several cases to consider in this dialog:

      1. Click No
        Expected state: UGENE closed
        Current state: UGENE is open

      1. Click Yes
      2. A dialog appears with the text "You have no permission to write to 'annot.gb' file. UGENE contains unsaved modifications. Do you want to save changes to another file?" Click "Cancel" in this dialog
        Expected state: the dialog should be closed, and the user should return in UGENE in the same state as it was before clicking the close button
        Current state: the human_T1 tab is closed, there is no annotation document in the project view, the annotation is lost

      1. Click Yes
      2. The "... Do you want to save changes to another file?" dialog appears. Click "Save" in this dialog
      3. In the file selection dialog "Save as" click "Cancel"
        Expected state: the dialog is closed, the user returned to UGENE
        Current state: the human_T1 tab is closed, there is no annotation document in the project view, the annotation is lost

      Note: it is recommended to check whether these dialogs are called somewhere else and whether the new behavior will be correct
