      Description

      Scenario.

      1. Select "Tools->NGS data analysis->Extract coverages from assemblies..."
      2. Set "samples/Assembly/chrM.sam" as input
      3. Click Run
        Expected state: Error: "Assembly has zero length", in release mode there is no any assert.
        Current state: in debug mode Assert is thrown

        Assertion failed: 0 < length, file D:\ugene\ugene\src\corelibs\U2View\src\ov_assembly\CalculateCoveragePerBaseTask.cpp, line 199
