Spidey alignment fails if delete created annotation until process is finished

      Description

      Scenario:

      Crash on 42.0 version report 24944. This crash also happened in 33.0 version: 22830, 22607 reports.

      1. Open samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa
      2. Select Align->Align sequence to mRNA from context menu
      3. In "Select Item" dialog expand  human_T1 and select corresponding sequence
      4. Push OK -> "Save result to annotation" dialog appeas
      5. Click Create button in "Save result to annotation" dialog
      6. MyDocument.gb with created annotation  appears in the Project tree
      7. Remove this file by Del button as quick as possible
      8. Click No in "Save document ..." dialog
