Crash when exporting consensus from AE + adding it to MSA

Based on a crash report v43. Perhaps the bug existed before.
Difficult to reproduce, crash doesn't always occur.

1. Open COI.aln.
2. Open _common_data/ugenedb/Klebsislla.sort.bam.ugenedb. "pkf140" window appears.
3. Right click on the consensus->Export consensus... "Export Consensus" dialog appears.
4. Get ready: the following steps will need to be done VERY FAST.
5. Click Export.
6. Switch to COI.
7. Actions->Add->Sequence from file... "Open file with sequences" dialog appears.
8. Wait until the exported file appears in the dialog.
9. Open the exported consensus file.
   Current state: sometimes crash.
