Update Weight matrix search dialog (Russian locale)

Steps for reproduce:
1) Open Weight matrix search  for samples/FASTA/human_t1.fa sequence 
2) Click on Search TFBS with matrices button 
3) In opened dialog, select Matrix to data/position_weight_matrix/JASPAR/fungi/MA0265.1.pfma
4) Press Search button
See attached picture Screenshot-1.png. Marked parts need to be corrected:

1. Remove "только" for the strands: Прямые и Oбратно-комплиментарные. 
   Скор change with Oценка
2. In the result table
   Стренд сhange with Направление, Скор change with Oценка, 
   Cохранить результаты - Cохранить результаты как аннотации
   Remove Только for all strands
   Change Комплиментарные на Oбратно-комплиментарные 

The same changes should be performed for  Sitecon Search, see Screenshot-2.png.
