Implement a feature that would allow a user to mask a multiple alignment part in the Alignment Editor. The similar feature is available in Jalview and Maclade.
For example, when the following can be made hidden:
- Selected columns
- Selected sequences
- Selected region
- All but selected region
And to show you can use:
- All columns
- All sequences
- All sequences and columns
Note that coordinates of remained sequences/columns should be the same (are not modified).
