1. The graphs of the DNA Graphs Package should work properly for the Standard DNA and Standard RNA alphabets. Currently the graphs are shown correctly only for the Standard DNA alphabet.
2. After that the DNA Graph Package should be renamed to "DNA/RNA Graphs Package".
3. If a graph is not available for an alphabet, the graph shouldn't be available on the popup menu of the DNA Graphs Package!
