Missed "-Xmx" Java parameter in dashboard for SnpEff example

Scenario

1. Open the Workflow Designer.
2. Load the "Variation annotation with SnpEff" sample.
3. Select the "Input Variations File" element, add "test/command_data/vcf_consensus/cat.vcf" input file.
4. Select "Annotate and Predict Effects with SnpEff", select the "30c2c903" SnpEff database.
5. Run the workflow.
6. In the dashboard open the "External Tools" tab.
   Expected state: There is "-Xmx" Java parameter in the "Arguments" field for SnpEff.
   Actual state: There is no "-Xmx" parameter.
   Note that the parameter is present in the detailed log.
