Hide slots depending on a value of a parameter

      Description

      It is possible to hide ports of a workflow element depending on a value of a certain parameter. Support the same feature for slots.

      Apply this modification to the "Input data" parameter of the following workflow elements:

      • "Classify Sequences with Kraken"
      • "Classify Sequences with CLARK"
      • "Filter by Classification"

      For each of the elements if "Input data" is set to "SE reads or scaffolds", leave only the first slot.

      Make sure there is no warnings on the WD dashboard and in the log, when a workflow with one of the elements is run.
